Windows 11 introduces the ability to connect your iPhone to the system in its own Phone Link app. So, without further ado, let’s get started!
Note: At the time of writing,

which is also slow. So even if you’re on one of the Windows Insider channels, y
ou may not be able to connect your iPhone yet. Microsoft is intentionally taking its time with the rollout, refining the feature before rolling it out more widely. Keep an eye on this feature if you’re on the Insider channel, as it will arrive quite subtly. Hopefully, this feature will be added to the stable build soon.
Connect iPhone to Windows 11 via Phone Connection
Connecting your iPhone to Windows 11 with Phone Link is quick and easy. Once you’re done, you’ll be able to send and receive messages, make and mobile lead receive calls, and view other notifications from your iPhone right on your Windows 11 laptop. This further bridges the gap between the two ecosystems; Microsoft previously integrated iCloud Photos into the Windows Photos app to achieve this goal.
Your iPhone and Windows 11 must be within Bluetooth range for this to work.
Pairing devices
To get started, open the Phone Link app on your system by searching for the app in the search menu.
Make sure you’re running Phone Link version 1.23012.169.0 or higher to get the preview (even though the preview itself will be managed via the cloud). To update the app, go to the Microsoft Store, click the Library tab, and click Update next to Phone Link if you have any pending updates.
